Hi guys noob want to contribute #tryhard

Postby nevashiva » Fri Sep 07, 2018 11:36 am

Hi guys.

I am have no sense of rhythm whatsoever, I just copy pasta synthesias. Now..my question is...when it comes to the 'middle black keys in a piano :oops: '...what should I use...do I mix the note [cd] for example...it kinda usually sounds off.

Or just find stuff that has the least amount of such notes possible?.

Thanks for the help...I just got the harp in the free box today and I am hype.

Ok, so after I deciphered some of the tunes that sound like the original the most here...yes...most of them are like that because they don't have many black key presses (they are called semitones I believe). I am sure like cooking you can...substitute...but I am no music chef herp :cry: .

I'd transpose the song to a different key to minimize the times this happens. If the song is in a minor key, then transpose to A minor, otherwise C major.

For instance D major is D E F# G A B C#, so a song in D major will probably have some F# and C# notes. I'd just transpose the whole song to C major, so:

D -> C
E -> D
F# -> E
G -> F
A -> G
B -> A
C# -> B

And an example for D minor D E F G A Bb C

D -> A
E -> B
F -> C
G -> D
A -> E
Bb -> F
C -> G
